A Sigil is symbolic spell casting.
At its simplest, a sigil begins with a spell put into a sentence. That sentence is then distilled into a symbol. It’s the act of sitting with a spell long enough for it to take shape. Our ancestors left marks on stone, carved symbols into wood, or aligned monuments with the movement of the sun; we, too, can create a small symbol for the solstice threshold.
